The past year has once again proven that car dealers and the automotive industry are resilient and resourceful. As the effects of the pandemic have slowly begun to subside, we are still faced with the demands of an ever-changing market, high inflation and new government regulations. Despite these challenges, automotive sales continue to grow and are expected to rise throughout this year and into the next. From an association perspective, our dealers are stronger than ever.

This year marks 109 years since MTADA was organized. For those of you who have faithfully served as the backbone of our association with your continued support over the years, my thanks go out to each of you. Your efforts are appreciated, noticed and have kept our organization strong. I welcome those of you who are new members or have just begun to understand the importance of MTADA to engage and get involved. I invite and encourage you to participate in the many MTADA activities. This is your association, and its continued success depends on the leadership and guidance of the membership.

I would like to thank the many dealers who have contributed to MONCAR and participate in the legislative process through their grassroots lobbying efforts. I encourage all dealers to participate in these efforts, as it keeps MTADA strong and enables us to be an effective advocate on behalf of dealers throughout Montana.

As always, we are here to support your business in a multitude of ways.
